1. Introduction

Welcome to Limostarkw. By using our website and booking any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle and use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of one year.
  • Provide valid identification (passport or civil ID) and a credit card for security deposit purposes.
3. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Limostarkw.
  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking.
  • The total cost of services includes fuel, driver fees (if applicable), and any additional requests made during booking.
  • Any extra charges, including tolls, parking fees, additional mileage, or damages, will be settled upon return of the vehicle or service completion.
4. Cancellations and Changes
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of service.
  • Amendments to bookings can be made based on availability. Fees may apply for last-minute changes.
  • Failure to cancel within the required time may result in a cancellation fee, typically up to 50% of the booking total.
5. Vehicle and Service Use
  • Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic regulations.
  • The renter or passenger is responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the rental or service period.
  • Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all Limostarkw vehicles. Violation will result in a cleaning fee.
  • For services involving drivers (e.g., Experienced Driver, Whole City Tour, Event Transportation), customers must respect the schedule and guidelines provided by Limostarkw.
6. Insurance and Liability
  • Basic insurance covering third-party liability is included with each rental. Additional insurance can be purchased to reduce liability in case of accidents or damage.
  • In case of an accident or damage, the renter must immediately report the incident to both local authorities and Limostarkw.
  • Limostarkw is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the rental or service period.
7. 24/7 Support
  • Limostarkw offers 24/7 Support for all customers, ensuring assistance for any issues related to your rental, vehicle, or chauffeur service.
  • In case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
8. Airport Pick & Drop Service
  • Airport transfers must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Customers must provide accurate flight details at the time of booking. Limostarkw is not liable for missed transfers due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Delays in pickup due to flight schedule changes must be communicated to our team as soon as possible to reschedule the service.
9. Luxury Transport and Event Services
  • Limostarkw offers Luxury Transport and Event Transportation for special occasions, and bookings for these services must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • For event transportation, any changes in the schedule must be communicated no later than 12 hours before the event.
  • A damage deposit may be required for high-value vehicles rented for special events.
10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Limostarkw's services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwait's courts.

11. Amendments to Terms

Limostarkw reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and services after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
